Sarah began her career as an early food blogger and YouTube personality, which led her to appear as a contestant and finalist on ABC’s The Taste. She then moved to New York City and co-founded a pop-up restaurant before launching her own namesake catering company throwing dinner parties for celebrity clientele. In 2013, Sarah launched her company Salt House with a line of fashion-forward aprons she designed and created. As Sarah’s passion and expertise in home decor grew, she expanded Salt House’s e-commerce offering to include a curated selection of kitchen and home goods. Under the Salt House umbrella, she relaunched her YouTube channel and produced digital courses in the creative arts, ranging from painting to cooking.
Sarah has created content in partnership with media outlets including Domino, InStyle and Shape Magazine. Her home tours have been featured on Apartment Therapy, Refinery29, and more. She has collaborated with brands in categories ranging from beauty to luxury travel.
In 2020, Sarah and her husband moved to Hudson Valley where she decided to take time off to focus on her journey into motherhood. She is currently in the early stages of her next venture, a homewares line.
