How to Meditate
In this video, I share the simple technique I used to start meditating, beginning with just 5 minutes a day.
My question to you is this: If there’s even a chance that by committing to simply trying to meditate for 5 minutes a day, that you might drastically improve your quality of life, isn’t it worth giving it a try?
That’s the mindset I used to convince myself to start, and I’ve now been meditating for over 2 years. I can honestly say it’s completely changed my life.

People often think they don’t have time to meditate, but I find that by meditating for 15 to 20 minutes a day, I’m actually able to get so much more done because it’s now easier for me to concentrate, stay focused and not get stressed out.
